Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Project Kickoff: Ensure smooth onboarding for long-term success.
  • Database Management (Storing and Maintaining) on Zoho CRM
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Customer, VAPT, Compliance, Sales, and Accounts teams.
  • Follow-ups & Engagement: Maintain regular communication, gather feedback, and enhance product usage.
  • Customer Support & Escalations: Address issues promptly and manage escalations efficiently.
  • Renewals, Upsells & Cross-Sells: Identify opportunities, present value propositions, and improve customer experience.
  • Post Engagement Rapport (Feedbacks/Testimonials/Webinars/Podcasts): Collect success stories to highlight positive outcomes.
  • Training Conduction through the Tool for Compliance Projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a B.Tech or BCA degree; a Master's degree is a plus
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role within IT Services & Consulting;
  • Experience in cybersecurity is advantageous.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity.
