Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate, based in Dehradun. The Customer Success Associate will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer support, and address inquiries effectively. The role will involve solving customer queries on mail, calls, sms and social media.

• Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and building Customer Satisfaction
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Retention through effective communication and relationship-building
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and drive improvements in service
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and enthusiasm for streetwear and sneaker culture
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

264,000 LPA-300,000 LPA - 22,000 INR fixed + Incentives
