As a Buncha Customer Success Associate, you will help ensure every Buncha customer has a seamless and positive experience. You will resolve issues, guide customers through our platform, and ensure they receive timely, thoughtful support.
You will also work closely with our retail partners support teams (such as Meijer) to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. This role plays an important part in ensuring our partners view Buncha support as responsive, reliable, and easy to work with.
Beyond resolving tickets, you will act as a customer and partner advocate, identifying recurring issues and sharing insights with internal teams to continuously improve the Buncha experience.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer chats, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide strong support to both customers and partner support teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and clearly.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and partner teams to solve problems.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Track and share recurring issues or insights that can help improve processes and tools.
You Should
- Have 25 years of customer support or customer success experience across voice, chat, and email.
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
- Be comfortable handling complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Be proficient with SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Be comfortable working rotational US shifts, including weekends.
- Be proactive, organized, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
