Aerchain is building an AI-powered autonomous sourcing platform for enterprise procurement, helping businesses automate sourcing workflows end-to-end — from intake to evaluation, negotiation, compliance, and contract execution. We work with enterprise customers and are scaling rapidly.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated NSE System Analyst to manage and support the Aerchain platform post go-live. This role will act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, configuration changes, and issue management within NSE. The candidate should have strong functional understanding, logical thinking ability, and the capability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Aerchain support team.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Administration & Configuration
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Aerchain system.
- Handle basic system configurations (user creation, role management, workflow updates, master data changes, etc.).
- Support minor process modifications as required by business users.
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records.
2.Business Support & User Assistance
- Provide functional guidance to end users.
- Assist users during RFX, PR, PO, Budget, Vendor Management processes.
- Ensure correct system usage and adherence to defined workflows.
- Conduct refresher training sessions when required.
3. Issue Management & Ticket Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for all system-related issues.
- Understand user concerns and replicate issues where possible.
- Perform basic troubleshooting before escalating.
- Raise detailed tickets with Aerchain support team when required.
- Track tickets to closure and ensure timely resolution.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise between NSE business teams and Aerchain.
- Communicate system changes, updates, and resolutions clearly.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin operations / functional support role.
- Basic understanding of procurement / sourcing processes (preferred).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand workflows and system dependencies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in ticketing tools is preferred.
- Comfortable working with Excel and master data handling.
