As a Customer Success Account Executive (AE) at BEACON India, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our company. You will act as a consultant, guiding clients through the implementation process, providing training, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings. Additionally, you will monitor customer health, manage renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer goals and align them with BEACON's solutions to drive value.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide training to new clients on product usage.
- Monitor customer engagement and health metrics to proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Assist in the development of customer success resources and documentation.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.

- Communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) for regular customer interaction.
- Experience with data analysis tools for assessing customer feedback and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) for managing projects and customer onboarding.
