Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Services Specialist at HAIR RAP BY YOYO. The role involves interacting with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client appointments, ensuring timely responses to customer queries, and maintaining a welcoming and customer-focused salon environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction techniques
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and providing an exceptional Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the salon or beauty industry, is a plus
