Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at our Gurugram location. The Inside Sales Associate will communicate with potential and existing clients to identify their needs, provide custom solutions, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a customer-focused approach and proactive management of client accounts.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills..
  • 2 - 5 years experience in Lead generation, Client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the interiors real estate or construction industry is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
  • Salary budget 3 - 5 LPA
