Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to provide voice-based support to customers. The role involves assisting customers with technical troubleshooting related to systems and devices, resolving their queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide step-by-step technical troubleshooting assistance
  • Diagnose issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions
  • Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
  • Meet quality and performance metrics
  • Escalate complex cases as required

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC or Graduate (Any stream)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (voice preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills (C1/C2 level proficiency required)

Interview Process:

  1. HR Round
  2. AMCAT Assessment
  3. Operations Round

Salary & Benefits:

  • 28,000 In-hand (based on profile and interview performance)
  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
  • 5 Working Days with 2 Rotational Week-offs
  • Transport facility as per updated IBU boundaries for Thane location
