Job Summary:
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to provide voice-based support to customers. The role involves assisting customers with technical troubleshooting related to systems and devices, resolving their queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide step-by-step technical troubleshooting assistance
- Diagnose issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions
- Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
- Meet quality and performance metrics
- Escalate complex cases as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC or Graduate (Any stream)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (voice preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (C1/C2 level proficiency required)

Salary & Benefits:
- 28,000 In-hand (based on profile and interview performance)
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
- 5 Working Days with 2 Rotational Week-offs
