We're looking for a Customer Service Team Member who can be the voice of The Bombay Canteen across phone, email, chat, and social media. This role is about showing up with warmth, clarity, and ownership every single time a guest reaches out.
Whether it's helping someone track an order, resolving an issue, or answering a simple question, you'll make sure every interaction feels thoughtful, efficient, and human. You'll play a key role in turning everyday moments into experiences that build trust and loyalty.

YOUR TEAMYou'll be part of the customer experience team, working closely with operations, dispatch, and restaurant teams to ensure every issue is resolved quickly and correctly.
WHO YOU WILL REPORT TOYou'll report to the Customer Experience Manager and work closely with the broader team to maintain consistency, quality, and speed across all guest interactions.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORCustomer Interaction
Handling guest queries across phone, email, chat, and social media with clarity, warmth, and efficiency.
Order Support
Assisting guests with online order-related concerns including delivery tracking, payment issues, modifications, and refunds.
Problem Solving
Understanding guest concerns, identifying the root cause, and providing the best possible resolution in a timely manner.
Empathy & Communication
Listening actively, especially in high-stress situations, and responding with patience, understanding, and professionalism.
System Usage & Tracking
Using CRM tools to access guest information, log interactions, track issues, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Product Knowledge
Staying updated on menus, dishes, and ongoing offers to provide accurate and helpful information.
Communication
Strong spoken and written English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
Customer Focus
A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
Multitasking
Comfortable handling multiple conversations and systems at the same time.
Attention to Detail
Able to track and record information accurately across tools.
Adaptability
Willing to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
