Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling global customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering excellent customer experience for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US/UK process)
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Document customer interactions in the system
Meet performance targets and KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable working in US/UK shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer knowledge required
