Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Customer Service Support Specialist. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, managing customer accounts, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Specialists will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver exceptional service
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Technical Support expertise for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries
- Detail orientation and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in relevant customer support tools and CRM software is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
