Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Support Manager. The role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The daily responsibilities include leading and managing customer service operations, overseeing technical support processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing support requests efficiently, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing solutions to optimize service quality. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and maintaining high service performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven Technical Support experience and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer service processes
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing teams and handling escalations effectively
  • Ability to work comfortably in a hybrid work environment in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
