Job Description: Customer Service Specialist – G Ads Support

Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our G Ads support team. In this role, you will assist advertisers and business owners with their campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience with G Ads products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve account, billing, and campaign performance queries.

  • Guide customers on G Ads features, policies, and optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1–3 years of customer service or technical support experience.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (PPC, keywords, CTR, ROI).

  • Ability to work rotational shifts and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with G Ads or other digital marketing platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
