Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Customer Service Specialist. The key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering an excellent customer experience at every stage of the travel planning process. The role also involves addressing customer concerns professionally, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
