Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and overall experience.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good grammar and communication skills.
- E-commerce background is a plus.
- Must be available to work from 1 PM to 10 PM.
