Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good grammar and communication skills.
  • E-commerce background is a plus.
  • Must be available to work from 1 PM to 10 PM.
