Job Title: US Employee Relations Executive (Customer Service)

Company: Infojini Inc.

Shift Timing: 07:00 AM 04:30 PM - (Night Shift) Cab available

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary:

Infojini Inc. is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven US Employee Relations Executive with experience in US Customer Service. This role involves engaging with consultants placed on our payroll across the US market, ensuring their smooth employment experience, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for consultants placed on Infojini's payroll.
  • Regularly connect with employees to understand how their assignments are progressing.
  • Address concerns related to payroll, work environment, client expectations, or performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with clients to check for upcoming openings or future hiring needs.
  • Identify potential internal opportunities within the same client accounts.
  • Collect feedback from clients regarding consultant performance and share insights internally.
  • Suggest and coordinate grooming/training sessions to prepare candidates for current or future roles within the same client.
  • Ensure high levels of consultant satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports of employee interactions and client feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 14 years of experience in US Customer Service / US Employee Relations / US Staffing coordination.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written English).
  • Experience interacting with US-based employees or clients.
  • Good understanding of US staffing/payroll processes (preferred).
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
