Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will oversee daily operations, manage Customer escalations, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing operational processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales operations, and applying analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making. The role also involves effective communication with clients and stakeholders for service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Flexible to manage Calls on International Timings
  • Manage Customer Escalations
  • Manage NPS, SOP
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Customer Service, Operations Management, and Project Management to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively
