About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Attendant to manage day-to-day customer interactions for our D2C website. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth customer experience through order-related support, feedback calls, email communication, and data management.

This is an on-site role based at our Mohali Phase 9 office and requires clear communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with basic systems and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

Handle customer queries via phone and email related to orders, delivery status, product details, and basic complaints

Make feedback and follow-up calls to customers post-purchase

Ensure polite, professional, and clear communication in English

Order & Data Management

Maintain and update customer and order data accurately

Track issues and resolutions using Excel sheets and internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch) to resolve customer concerns

Email & Documentation

Respond to customer emails in a timely and structured manner

Maintain basic documentation for queries, feedback, and escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good spoken English (mandatory)

Basic email writing skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formatting, tracking sheets)

Comfortable speaking to customers over phone

Organized, patient, and detail-oriented

Prior experience in customer support or call handling is a must
