What You'll Be Doing:
Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from customers for hotel booking/reservations.
Provide accurate information regarding, services.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Respond quickly to customer issues and manage a high volume of tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed.
Perform basic administrative duties as required.
What You'll Need
A fresher with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of customer service, or a minimum of one year of BPO experience or hotel industry experience, would be an added advantage.
HSC or High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to support after-hours calls if needed.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Experience working with diverse teams and communities.
