The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image. This individual will handle phone interactions, provide solutions to customer concerns, and enhance the overall customer experience by delivering exceptional support. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist clients and address their needs.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and building retention.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and provide solutions with a friendly approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
