Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist -Air Exports located in Andheri. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service abilities
• Customer Experience knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
