Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. They will handle client communication through phone, email, and other channels, while maintaining professional and courteous interactions. Ensuring a positive customer experience will be a key aspect of the role alongside collaborating with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Experience
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and problem resolution
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Delhi, India
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
- Familiarity with financial services or investment advisory is an added advantage
