- Screen and qualify Pan India incoming leads.
- Verify project feasibility (budget, land size, location, sport type).
- Assign qualified leads to Field / Senior Sales Team.
- Schedule meetings (virtual/site visits).
- Maintain CRM accuracy and stage movement.
Premium Client Follow-up (5L+ Projects)
- Maintain structured follow-ups for high-value prospects.
- Ensure quick coordination for layouts, BOQ, costing inputs.
- Maintain detailed communication tracker.
- Support GM Sales & Marketing with client insights.
Quotation Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales & Engineering for BOQ preparation.
- Prepare and dispatch quotations.
- Track quotation revisions.
- Maintain follow-up tracker for pending quotations.
- Monitor quotation-to-closure ratio.
Call Audit & Lost Lead Analysis
- Review sales call recordings.
- Categorize lost leads (Budget / Competition / Delay / Technical / Non-serious).
- Submit weekly audit report to GM Sales & Marketing.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Referral & Repeat Business Tracking
- Follow up with completed clients for referral opportunities.
- Maintain referral tracking sheet.
- Reactivate old database leads.
- Track repeat project opportunities.
Reporting & MIS
- Daily Lead Status Report.
- Weekly Sales Pipeline Report.
- Lost Lead Audit Report.
- Premium Client Tracker.
- Monthly Conversion & Performance Analysis.

Experience & Qualification- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 25 years experience in Sales Coordination / Client Servicing.
