Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide complete information about our products to customers
- Resolve customer queries related to products and services
- Develop and maintain Customer Service Guidelines
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Pitch products effectively to potential customers, driving conversions
- Prepare reports by analyzing customer feedback and interactions
- Ensure customer information is regularly updated
- Offer the best possible solutions to customer queries

- Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality
- Sales-oriented with strong persuasion skills
- Excellent communication (both Hindi and English)
- Good at negotiating and converting customer interest into sales

Desired Qualifications:
- SSC or higher education
- Open to freshers or candidates with experience
- Basic computer skills
