We are seeking a Customer Service Sales representative to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves assisting our European customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about pricing, promotions, and product details.
- Process orders and handle returns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling to existing customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a European market.
- Proficient in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
