Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves providing timely support, maintaining records of customer interactions, and proactively addressing customers needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable
