We're Hiring: Female Customer Service Representative at Welcomevet Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

What you'll do

Act as the first point of contact for our customers farmers, livestock owners, chemists, doctors, vets, stockists.

Handle customer enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) about products, usage instructions, dosages, product availability, and order status.

Provide accurate product information, after-sales support, and guidance for safe and effective use of veterinary products.

Coordinate between customers and internal teams (sales, stockists, production) to resolve issues or follow-up orders.

Maintain customer records, feedback logs, and ensure timely follow-up and excellent support.

Support building and strengthening long-term relationships with clients ensuring trust, reliability, and customer satisfaction (which are core values of Welcomevet).

Who we are looking for

Strong communication skills (Hindi + English) able to interact with rural & semi-urban customers, field staff, vets etc.

Empathetic, patient, customer-oriented someone who understands livestock / veterinary context or is willing to learn.

Comfortable working with calls, WhatsApp, email, and handling queries professionally.

Ability to coordinate internal teams, track orders/shipments/customer requests, and follow up diligently.

Basic familiarity or willingness to learn about veterinary products, animal health, feed supplements, dosage instructions helpful, but not mandatory.

Preferably someone from Uttar Pradesh or nearby (or willing to relocate), with adaptability to engage with rural/regional clients.
