Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Pune. The role involves assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will maintain clear communication, provide excellent customer support services, and enhance overall customer experiences while upholding the company's standards of professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in fostering positive Customer Experiences and maintaining excellent Customer Relations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
