Position- Customer Service Representative- Voice Process

Location- Vadodara

Time- 24*7

Joining- Immediate to 15 days

Role Description

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
  • Maintain call quality and service standards
  • Document customer interactions and follow up when required
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team quality services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Clear pronunciation and active listening abilities
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Support with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required by the role
