Role Description
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain call quality and service standards
- Document customer interactions and follow up when required
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team quality services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Clear pronunciation and active listening abilities
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Support with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is an advantage
- Must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the role
