Job Description

We are looking for a professional and proactive Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries, explain travel packages, and support clients in planning their trips. The candidate should be a quick learner and willing to learn about different travel destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Talk to clients and explain travel packages, offers, and destinations
  • Share itineraries, package details, and pricing with customers
  • Assist customers in choosing the right destination and travel plan
  • Follow up regularly with clients to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed leads
  • Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details
  • Provide polite and professional support to customers at all times
  • Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, and trends

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
  • Quick learner with interest in travel and destinations
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, MS Office)
  • Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups
