Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Talk to clients and explain travel packages, offers, and destinations
- Share itineraries, package details, and pricing with customers
- Assist customers in choosing the right destination and travel plan
- Follow up regularly with clients to convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed leads
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details
- Provide polite and professional support to customers at all times
- Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, and trends
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Quick learner with interest in travel and destinations
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, MS Office)
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups
