Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Book orders in Oracle and manage commercial terms of purchase orders.
- Discount & Approval Process: Work on Discount Approval process and obtain approvals as per DOA.
- Finance Coordination: Collaborate with finance for payment validations and follow-ups.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Allocate ship sets and manage item allocation with the supply chain team.
- Shipment Planning: Work on shipment plans and hold/release orders through Oracle.
- Customer Interaction: Send PI to customers, respond to order-related queries such as delivery periods, ETA, and item descriptions.
- Returns & Complaints: Manage Returns/RMAs and customer complaints, following up with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Pre-orders & FOC Orders: Generate pre-orders, FOC orders, and manage rejected/fulfilled orders.
