Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. The role involves regular interactions with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in alignment with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team in an on-site environment

Requirements

• 01 years of experience in Customer Support (D2C or E-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
