Job Title: Customer calling (service department in manufacturing machinary company )

Mandatory : ITI/b.tech/m.tech(in mechanical or electrical )

Reports to: Customer Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring that customers receive their parts in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Spare Parts Management:

- Manage spare parts inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are adequate

- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers

- Track and resolve any issues related to spare parts delivery

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and customer orders

- Identify opportunities to improve spare parts management processes

Additional Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer support skills

- Meet customer support metrics and targets, such as response time and resolution rate

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics

- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing spare parts inventory

- Knowledge of inventory management software

- Certification in customer support or a related field
