Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure an engaging and delightful in-store experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics products.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist customers in comparing options.
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock checks, and product availability.
- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly sales and service targets.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in Electronics Retail (mobile, appliances, gadgets, consumer electronics, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
