Location- Mumbai

Employment Type- Full-time

Working Days- 5 days rotational

Eligibility Criteria-

Qualification: HSC / Graduates Experience:

6 months of any experience (for experienced candidates) Graduate freshers can also apply

Salary-

Graduate Freshers: 24,000 per month Experienced Candidates: 28,000 per month

Job Responsibilities-

  • Provide technical support for laptops and printers (North America customers).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers via voice process.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Required Skills-

  • Basic knowledge of laptop & printer troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Basic computer and technical knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
