We're looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and delivers a positive customer experiencewithout phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product, service, or account-related issues accurately
- Provide clear information about products, services, and policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
- Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat tools/CRM systems
