Hiring: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Mohali

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Process: International Customer Support (Voice)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary:

• Freshers: 25,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
• Experience (Up to 1 Year): 27,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners.
• Candidates willing to work from the office.
