Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Mohali

Process: Blended Process (Voice + Chat/Email Support)

Shift: Rotational Shifts / 24x7 Environment

Experience: Freshers / 6 Months to 1 Year Experience

CTC: ₹3.42 LPA to ₹3.70 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle customer queries through multiple channels including voice, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per process requirement).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
