Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support our international house accounts. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving service and product issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience via phone and email. This position is ideal for professionals with BPO voice experience looking to grow into account management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Resolve issues by identifying causes and providing timely solutions.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 4–6 years of experience in international BPO (voice process).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics, invoicing, or barcode/retail business is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
