Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM support environment) - 9 hours

Location - Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

*Responsibilities:*

*Handle inbound calls, and email queries

*Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

*Follow defined SOPs, scripts, and escalation protocols.

*Meet daily/weekly productivity targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).

*Requirements:*

*Minimum 12 months of BPO experience in International Process

*Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

*Typing speed of at least 3540 WPM with accuracy.

*Familiarity with travel or hospitality domain is a plus.

*Ability to work in Night shifts
