Role Overview
The Client Servicing Representative will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing projects while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and deliverables clearly
- Take approvals from clients on creatives, content, ads, and digital assets
- Address client queries and ensure client satisfaction
Internal Team Coordination
- Follow up with backend teams (design, content, performance, web) to ensure timely execution
- Share client feedback and revisions accurately with internal teams
- Track project progress and flag delays or issues proactively
Website & Backend Support
- Handle backend tasks on websites (product updates, banners, basic changes, coordination with developers)
- Ensure website updates align with campaign requirements
Business Growth & Account Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Support senior team in retaining clients and growing account value
- Assist in onboarding new clients and smooth handovers
Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, performance ads, websites)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Client-facing experience
