Salary: Fresher 21, 238/- & Experienced upto 30,853/- Take Home

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email support.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work from the Bengaluru office.
