Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include promptly addressing customer inquiries, providing stellar customer support, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience through tailored solutions. The candidate will also document customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery. Developing positive relationships with clients and maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude are key aspects of the role.

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High levels of empathy and patience, with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or working with global clients is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
