Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Jaipur for a Customer Service Representative. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries, providing prompt support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive customer relationships to enhance the overall experience of PhysioPlus users.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
