Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Pathankot

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat.

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

· Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (except B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

· Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

· Prior customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
