  • Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring that company guidelines are followed.
  • Deal with clients through audio calls.
  • Monitoring customer and client satisfaction.
  • Supporting the general manager as needed.
  • Maintain daily work details in the excel or sheets.
  • You will responsible for client servicing part.
  • You will responsible for making PPT regarding the requirements. Requirements & Skills:
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Deal with clients through audio calls.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and organize.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure. Salary: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate:
