10 Responsibilities:
Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Coordinating day-to-day operations.
Ensuring that company guidelines are followed.
Deal with clients through audio calls.
Monitoring customer and client satisfaction.
Supporting the general manager as needed.
Maintain daily work details in the excel or sheets.
You will responsible for client servicing part.
You will responsible for making PPT regarding the requirements. Requirements & Skills:
Proficiency in using MS Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Deal with clients through audio calls.
Excellent multitasking skills and Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to plan and organize.
Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work well under pressure. Salary: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Schedule:
Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate:
