Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) role located in Jaipur.
The role involves handling customer inquiries through voice support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, identifying customer needs, providing suitable solutions, and representing the organization professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is required
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Understanding of customer experience and customer satisfaction principles
Experience in BPO / KPO / International customer support environments preferred
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
