Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative at our Panchkula location. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients and contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
