Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kozhikode with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and identifying opportunities to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver an excellent Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency is an advantage
